A: Yes, we do. Our farm to flames process ensures our marijuana products get safely delivered in most areas Worldwide. As more Countries legalize, we will expand to those areas but for now all deliveries originate from our Bud Spot factories in the United States & U.K, discreetly until it gets to your home.
Q: When Will My Order Arrive?
A: Depends on where you are. Local orders placed before 2PM Monday-Friday arrive the same day or following business day. Other locations would take 2-3 days (national), 2-5 days (International) and some locations may take a week but this is rare. Weekend, same day, on-demand delivery is available in nearby States ONLY. New markets are will be added soon.
Q: Is your Packaging Discreet?
A: We believe that the right to personal privacy is our most sacred right and we do everything we can to protect yours. Shipped orders arrive very discreet, vacuum sealed and put in a clean, professional disguised box with no shipping label.There are no markings on the box, and the courier delivering it does not know the contents.
Q: Status Says “Completed”, but No Package.
A: The postal worker maybe delivered the package to a wrong mailbox or the postal worker scanned the package as “Delivered,” but it’s delivered the next business day. In some instances, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. Check community mail box to see if the package was left in another location, please inform us if that’s the case.
